Landscape Foreman Tropical South Landscaping Cutler Bay, FL 33189 Tropical South Landscaping has been growing steadily throughout the years and there are many opportunities for talented candidates that are interested in pursuing a career in this industry. We are seeking a professional and experienced Landscape Foreman with a valid driver’s license to help keep the business growing along with servicing our current contracts. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license upon being hired, be a team player and work well with others, have knowledge and experience in landscaping maintenance, be reliable/dependable and must have experience driving work trucks/trailers safely. This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of landscaping related tasks. As well as overseeing crew members, providing them daily assignments and ensuring that jobs get completed in the most efficient way.
Responsibilities:
Delegating tasks and overseeing the use of tools and equipment. Overseeing maintenance of lawns and gardens. Contribute to projects/tasks that are assigned while supervising crew members.
Requirements/Qualifications:
A Valid Driver’s License Reliable/Dependable Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping. Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, trimmers, chippers, and weed eaters etc.. Strong worth ethic and integrity. Communication skills – Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, supervisor and other employees. Ability to work outdoors in the heat/humidity at a fast and productive pace. Must have own transportation to and from office.
