Position Overview The Lawn Care Foreman will be responsible for leading a crew of 2-4 team members on daily jobs, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer service. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, landscape knowledge, and a proactive, can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate a crew on residential lawn care routes Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to CLS Lawn’s quality standards Operate and maintain commercial-grade equipment (mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Communicate clearly with customers when needed and address any on-site concerns Conduct pre-job site checks and post-job quality control Track time, materials used, and submit daily job reports Assist in onboarding new hires and training them on proper techniques and safety procedures Report equipment issues or site concerns to management promptly

$21.00 – $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
