Job Title:
Landscape Enhancements Supervisor Position Summary:
The Landscape Enhancements Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution of enhancement projects including landscape renovations, seasonal color, hardscape upgrades, and site improvements. This role ensures that jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction. As a key leader in field operations, this role is designed to evolve into a Production Manager role as the candidate demonstrates strong leadership, operational success, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution Manage and execute enhancement jobs from start to finish according to plans, specs, and budgets. Ensure quality control, site safety, and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout. Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor efficiently. Team Leadership Supervise and train enhancement crews (2-6 crew members). Perform daily job briefings and enforce safety protocols. Motivate teams to meet production and quality goals. Reporting & Documentation Track time, materials, and job progress using company software (e.g., LMN, Aspire, etc.). Submit daily reports and communicate delays or issues. Budget & Labor Efficiency Assist in estimating and pre-job planning. Monitor job costs and labor efficiency to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications:
3+ years of landscape installation/enhancement experience. 1-2 years of crew leadership or supervisory experience. Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, plant ID, and hardscape installation. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to read landscape plans and execute jobs accordingly. Valid Driver’s License with clean record. CDL is a plus.
