Artificial Grass Installer – Installation Experience Required Turf Girl, LLC Delray Beach, FL 33445 Overview Turf Girl is hiring! We are looking for a dedicated and skilled synthetic turf installer to join our turf team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong background in lawn care, landscaping, and artificial grass installations. This role involves installing synthetic turf alongside your designated crew, communicating with our operations director, and working directly with our project manager. Our crew meets each weekday at our designated warehouse. The project manager provides instructions and materials for the day’s assignments. From there, you, your driver, and your crew head to the designated job site to complete the scheduled scope of work If you live in South Florida, enjoy working outside, and have experience with synthetic turf, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Install synthetic turf for residential, commercial, and specialty projects Perform site prep, grading, and base compaction Cut, seam, and secure turf with precision Operate necessary machinery and tools Maintain a clean and organized job site Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of turf installation experience Strong knowledge of turf installation techniques and materials Ability to read landscape plans and follow project specifications/ instructions accurately Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Ability to commute to our Delray Beach warehouse and travel with crew in company vehicle to designated job site Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude Ability to work well with others and outdoors in varying weather conditions Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Familiarity with landscape, lawn care maintenance practices, and irrigation systems is a plus. Proficient in the use of power and hand tools Should be able to lift 50 pounds and follow safety protocols while in the field Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
