Irrigation Division Manager Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Irrigation Division Manager Complete Property Maintenance, Inc. 4964 Gardner Lane, Greenacres, FL 33463 The Irrigation Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple service technicians. The Manager will be directly responsible for scheduling, training, and developing service technicians to ensure proper knowledge and execution of the day-to-day operations. The Irrigation Manager will serve as the liaison between the Irrigation Techs and Account Managers to provide consistent communication to ensure quality and cost-effective irrigation services to our communities. The Manager will also work daily on estimating, design, installation, client meetings, and technical troubleshooting/repair when needed. The Manager will be directly involved in the growth of the division.

Responsibilities:

Understand communities/client needs through communication with the teams. Manage all irrigation services, people, equipment, material purchasing, subcontractors, etc. Coordinate with the team to identify staff needs and hire personnel. Train, discipline, review and develop growth plans for employees. Manage all required procedures for irrigation time sheets, billing, and scheduling. Maintain the highest level of safety standards. Perform hands on work to keep the team on schedule with difficult tasks.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience. Clean Florida driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Irrigation license holder. Bilingual (Spanish and/or Creole).
