In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of landscaping practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Supervise and manage the daily activities of our landscaping employees ensuring high levels of productivity, quality. (at least 20 employees at a time) Ability to give recommendations on landscaping projects when speaking to homeowners Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budgetary constraints. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure all work is performed according to specifications, client expectations, and industry standards. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing mentorship and training to team members to enhance skills and performance. Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on project progress. Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members. Must report daily to management Ability to oversee HOA accounts Qualifications Background knowledge on Florida landscaping techniques, horticulture, irrigation systems, and equipment operation. Ability to read and interpret landscape designs, blueprints, and project specifications. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of employees Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with homeowners, property manager, and board members Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly recommended not required Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
