The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and experience in leading a team to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. ## Duties

• Includes trimming, weed eating, edging and clean up.
• various tasks such as planting, pruning, watering, and maintaining gardens
• Oversee the installation of irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of plants
• Manage tree care activities, including pruning, removals, and maintenance
• Coordinate and participate in the construction of landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Ensure grounds are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
• Irrigation Repairs, troubleshooting ## Experience
• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and garden care
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and tree care practices
• Ability to build and maintain various landscape structures
• Previous experience in groundskeeping or related field is a plus ##

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Knowledge of plants, trees and palms is preferred.
• Ability to use levels and transits to establish grades.
• Ability to make decision involving surface grades to control the flow of surface water.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment used on the job.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate instructions and provide feedback to team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Professionalism and respect at all times while meeting with homeowners and managing
