Job Description As a Landscaping Manager, you will: Create programs with or assisted by the Director of Landscaping regarding the maintenance of the grounds in all areas. Responsible for the design and layout of new landscaping projects throughout Westgate properties. Plans all job assignments, and instructs workers in their tasks. Interprets policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew. Analyzes, resolves and assists workers in solving work problems. Maintains accurate time and production records. Responsible for maintaining landscaping operation within designated budget. Place orders of plant materials, equipment and supplies. Performs activities of workers supervised as needed. Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e., hot, cold, wet, humid, etc.) Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
