Park Manager Ridgewood Mobile Home Park Venice, FL 34285 Overview Ridgewood Mobile Home Park, a 55+ MHP community in Venice, FL, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Park Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of the park facilities. The ideal candidate for this job has strong property management and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently. If you are a strong property management professional looking for a position that will reward your hard work this is the job for you. Responsibilities Oversee maintenance and clerical staff, ensuring all facilities and homes are well-maintained within prospectus standards. Enforce park rules with weekly inspections to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all residents. Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents. Administration of leases and resident notices. Manage vendors for maintenance services, supplies, and other resources. Coordinate transportation and installation of new mobile homes to fill vacant lots. Support sales and marketing efforts for the sale of park owned new homes and resident owned homes. Provide updates on park operations and resident feedback to ownership. Address resident’s questions and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service. Skills Previous experience in property management, preferably in manufactured housing communities. Real estate sales skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with residents, vendors, and ownership. Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and solve problems creatively. Must be highly reliable and have a strong sense of accountability. Tech savviness; competent in MS Word and Excel with ability to learn new software. Previous experience in Yardi preferred. Position is provided with a salary, sales bonus, and paid vacation.
