The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape maintenance, ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks while supervising a team of skilled workers. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscape operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, irrigation, tree care, and garden upkeep. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance or with a strong understanding of horticulture practices. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a landscaping environment. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, and tree care best practices. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally. A valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation to various job sites. $1,500.00 – $1,800.00 per week
Schedule:
Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Year round work
