$20-$24 per hour (bi-weekly pay) Job Overview Tradition Lawns is looking for an experienced, dependable Lawn Care & Landscape Foreman to lead a maintenance crew. You’ll be in the field daily, ensuring quality work, managing a small team, and keeping things running smoothly. Responsibilities Supervise a crew of 2-4 team members on lawn maintenance routes Operate and maintain commercial lawn care equipment (mowers, edgers, trimmers, etc.) Complete basic landscaping tasks (mulch, trimming, light installs) Ensure job quality, crew pace, and customer satisfaction Load and unload equipment daily, keep truck organized Communicate with clients as needed Train and support new crew members Track job progress and hours Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in lawn care or landscaping At least 1 year of experience leading a crew preferred Valid driver’s license (clean record) Able to work outdoors in Florida weather Reliable, hardworking, and able to manage a team Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Schedule Monday through Friday Start time: 6:30 AM Occasional Saturdays if weather delays service during the week Compensation & Benefits $20-$24/hr , based on experience Paid bi-weekly Paid holidays and PTO after 90 days Company shirts and gear provided Year-round work with a growing company Advancement opportunities
