The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape design and maintenance. This role involves supervising groundskeeping activities, ensuring the quality of work, and fostering a collaborative environment among team members. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, including planting, mowing, trimming, and irrigation tasks. Build and maintain landscape features such as gardens, flower beds, and hardscapes. Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage. Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to assess health and appearance, implementing necessary care practices. Provide leadership and training to team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and tree care. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping, with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
