Paver and Hardscape Operations Lead Confidential Sumter County, FL Overview Seeking a Hardscape Crew Leader with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in paver patio and driveway installation. If you’re a skilled installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and can lead a small team on-site, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew of 2-4 installers Read site plans, layouts, and elevation specs Manage excavation, base prep, compaction, and drainage Install pavers, edge restraints, bedding and polymeric sand Operate skid steers, saws, compactors, and levels Maintain a clean, safe, and productive job site Communicate clearly with customers and project manager ✅
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience installing paver patios and driveways Strong knowledge of hardscape construction practices Ability to manage time, materials, and labor efficiently Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida conditions Leadership experience preferred (but not required)
