Landscape Division Manager Savannah Landscaping Company Savannah, GA 31406 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Division Manager to oversee our operations in the landscape sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, knowledge of equipment, managerial skills, common sense and plant knowledge. This role involves supervising teams while working with them, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and managing various aspects of landscape installations. Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscape professionals, ensuring adherence to best practices in groundskeeping. Develop and implement effective strategies for landscape installations. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project management to ensure timely completion of tasks. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills in landscape installations and customer service. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with services provided. Monitor the quality of work performed by staff and provide feedback. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while promoting a safe working environment. Experience and Minimum Requirements to Apply Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (will have to be approved by our insurance company) Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the landscaping industry. Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices, including irrigation systems, and design. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members alike. A background in horticulture or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
