We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Seasonal Color Manager to oversee daily operations at our commercial sites. . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and design ability on outdoor color beds. Must possess excellent leadership skills, and be a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspect of your Department.
• Designing, Ordering, Installing and Maintaining all of our color portfolio.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
• Train and develop staff on product knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with current and new prospects.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in landscape design build industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
