As a Landscape Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our landscaping projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, coordinating teams, and implementing sustainable landscaping practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, project management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities :

Project Management Team Leadership Horticultural Expertise Time Management To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record . Previous experience in landscape construction or maintenance. Proficient project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to operate landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams. Familiarity with lawn care practices including fertilization and pest control. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
