Evans, GA Job Overview Pebble Creek is looking for a highly skilled Irrigation Foreman to join our team and take charge of residential irrigation projects. In this role, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and sustainability. Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To): Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of residential irrigation systems. Train and manage irrigation crew members, ensuring efficiency and safety on-site. Diagnose and repair irrigation components such as valves, sprinklers, controllers, and backflow prevention devices. Program and adjust irrigation timers and smart watering systems for optimal water efficiency. Perform backflow testing and certification as required. Read and interpret blueprints and irrigation designs to execute projects effectively. Communicate with homeowners and clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. Maintain inventory of irrigation supplies and order materials as needed. Ensure compliance with DOT health and safety standards for transportation of equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in irrigation installation and maintenance. Strong understanding of residential irrigation systems, water conservation techniques, and local regulations. Ability to lead and train a team in the field. Irrigation certification and backflow certification required. DOT Health Card required for driving company vehicles. Experience working with smart irrigation systems, drip irrigation, and water-efficient technologies. Ability to read and interpret plans, schematics, and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and crew members. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
