In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems—ensuring optimal performance, water efficiency, and long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential irrigation systems Supervise and train irrigation crew members, promoting safety and efficiency on-site Diagnose and repair valves, sprinkler heads, controllers, and backflow prevention devices Set and fine-tune irrigation timers, including smart controllers, for optimal performance Perform backflow testing and certification (as required) Interpret and execute irrigation plans and technical drawings Communicate with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded Manage inventory and coordinate ordering of irrigation materials Ensure adherence to DOT safety standards when transporting equipment

Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of hands-on irrigation installation and repair experience In-depth knowledge of residential irrigation systems and water conservation practices Proven leadership and crew management skills Irrigation and backflow certifications required Valid DOT Health Card (for company vehicle operation) Experience with smart systems, drip irrigation, and water-saving technologies Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail Excellent communication skills for team and client interaction Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
