Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Landscaping Operations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day field operations, including crew supervision, project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in landscape construction or maintenance, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily landscape operations and crews Manage scheduling of jobs and ensure timely project completion Supervise and train field staff to ensure high standards of safety, performance, and quality Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and client satisfaction Manage materials, equipment, and inventory needed for projects Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication Track labor and material costs and report on job profitability Enforce compliance with all safety standards and company policies Assist with recruiting, hiring, and performance reviews of crew members Monitor equipment usage and arrange for maintenance or replacement when needed

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in landscaping operations or a related field Prior leadership or management experience required Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and designs Proficiency in using project management software or scheduling tools Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed Willingness to travel between job sites as required
