Landscaping field manager Greenskeeper Lawn Care & Landscaping Sharpsburg, GA 30277 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Manager to oversee our landscape maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising a team of groundskeeping professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and managing various landscape projects. The Field Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our clients’ properties while fostering a positive work environment. Duties Supervise and lead a team of landscape maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Oversee daily lawn care activities, including mowing, trimming, and irrigation management. Coordinate landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and tree care to maintain the health and appearance of outdoor spaces. Implement best practices for groundskeeping to enhance the overall quality of service provided to clients. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess landscape conditions and identify areas for improvement. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, and general landscaping practices is highly desirable. Experience in supervising projects from inception to completion while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. A background in tree care or groundskeeping is an advantage.
