Full-time Job Summary:

The Landscape Maintenance Field Supervisor oversees daily operations of landscape maintenance crews, ensuring the highest quality service for residential and/or commercial properties. This position is responsible for team leadership, client satisfaction, quality control, and efficient execution of maintenance schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and lead maintenance crews in the field, ensuring adherence to daily and weekly schedules. Conduct property walkthroughs to evaluate turf, plant health, irrigation systems, pruning, and general landscape conditions. Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations. Act as the point of contact for on-site client communication and resolve any service issues quickly and professionally. Monitor crew productivity and provide real-time feedback and coaching. Coordinate routing and scheduling for crews to optimize efficiency and minimize travel time. Ensure safe work practices are followed and maintain safety standards on all job sites. Inspect and maintain proper use of equipment and vehicles. Track and report job hours, material usage, and site conditions. Support seasonal services such as mulching, aeration, seasonal flower rotations, and snow removal (if applicable).

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role. Strong working knowledge of turf care, pruning, plant health, seasonal services, and irrigation troubleshooting. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor when needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.

Work Environment & Schedule:

Field-based role with daily travel to job sites. Monday-Friday. Ability to respond to urgent client needs or weather-related changes in schedule.

$22.86 – $27.53 per hour
