The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscaping, including tree care, lawn care, and garden maintenance. This role requires hands-on experience in supervising landscape projects while ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Oversee the installation of landscape features, including plants, trees, and irrigation systems. Maintain landscapes by performing regular lawn care, tree care, and garden upkeep. Train and mentor team members on best practices in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance. Ensure proper use of equipment and tools while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations for landscaping projects. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Requirements Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping with a focus on leadership roles. Strong knowledge of tree care, irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, and landscape design principles. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
