Train, supervise, and inspire your team to exceed service expectations What It’s Like to Be a Lawn Treatment Service Manager As our Full-Time Lawn Treatment Service Manager , you’ll lead a team of lawn care technicians in delivering top-tier treatment services including fertilization, weed control, tree and shrub care, aeration, and fungicide applications.
You’ll:
Coach and train lawn specialists to perform treatments with precision and safety Ensure services meet or exceed client expectations Conduct interviews, select top talent, and create a positive work environment Maintain high standards in efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction Oversee treatment equipment use, maintenance, and repair This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on making things grow—both lawns and people
Requirements:
High School Graduate Three (3) or more years of related experience in lawn care services/ lawn care treatments such as lawn fertilization, tree and shrub care, aeration, weed control treatments, fungicide treatments, pest control applications. 3+ years of supervisory management experience required Certificates licenses and registrations as required by federal and state law Valid permanent driver’s license from state of residence and a clean driving record per company standards are required. Current liability auto insurance required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card. Must be 21 years of age by date of hire. Experience with repair and maintenance on equipment and vehicles. Proficient with Google sheets or similar software. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
