Job Summary:
As an Enhancement Crew Leader at United Land Services, you will play a pivotal role in designing, installing and maintaining landscape projects. This multifaceted position requires a valid driver’s license, proficiency in plant identification, blueprint reading skills, proficiency in heavy machinery operation, and the ability to design and layout plant installations according to season. You will manage a team of crew members, ensuring the successful completion of projects and maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Landscape Enhancement:
Designing flower beds in accordance of season. Overseeing the installation of new plants, flowers, and shrubs. Mulching, fertilizing, and irrigating plant beds. Incorporating hardscape elements, such as pathways and retaining walls as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscape design and enhancements. Knowledge of seasonal plants and trees. Proficiency in reading blueprints and plans. Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a team independently. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
