Looking for ambitious, ready to work, dependable employees!
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a current driver’s license, clean driving history, and reliable transportation daily. Must have experience and knowledge in hauling equipment and trailers of various sizes. Must be able to directly supervise and work along with 3-5 employees. Must be motivated and efficient. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, as a team, have a great attitude and stay on task. Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time. Must have previous experience working for a commercial landscape company. Must possess proper knowledge of working with zero turn mowers, trimmers, blowers. Must be able to understand and execute directions and instructions given to you by your supervisors.
Crew leaders are expected to:
Manage a route with a crew to perform landscape maintenance for customers. Responsible for ensuring highest quality service has been provided. Must ensure team members are working properly and efficient. Maintain equipment maintenance, ensure cleanliness and appearance of truck, trailer, and equipment. Pay begins at $20/hour and we normally operate on a 4 day work week (3 day weekend). Please fill out an application at www.landscapehinesville.com
