The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. As a Landscape Foreman, you will oversee various landscaping projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations. Lead a team of landscape technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed effectively. Maintain grounds by performing regular inspections and implementing necessary maintenance procedures. Build and install landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls as needed. Train new team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all landscaping activities. Qualifications 2-3 years experience in landscape construction or maintenance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of common landscaping tasks. Experience in operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills for interacting with the owner. A valid driver’s license.
