The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Oversee and manage landscape maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards. Supervise a team of landscape technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills. Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Coordinate lawn care activities including mowing, fertilization, aeration, and pest control. Implement tree care practices such as pruning, planting, and disease management. Conduct groundskeeping tasks to ensure the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of properties. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Prepare reports on project progress, team performance, and any issues that arise during operations. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a landscaping or groundskeeping environment. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and general landscaping principles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. A background in horticulture or landscape design is a plus but not mandatory.
