Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily crews, conduct site inspections to ensure quality of work, and ensure excellent customer service in our establishment.

MUST HAVE A DRIVER’S LICENSE

Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
• Property Inspections to ensure properties are being serviced up to standards
• Run a crew, as needed, to include using zero turn, weed eating, edging, blowing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in team management within a similar setting
• Hard working, reliable, and dedicated
• Knowledge of equipment and usage
• Strong team leadership with a team mentality
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with crew members and staff
• Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently
