This role is essential for overseeing landscape projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, tree care, and groundskeeping, along with excellent supervisory skills to lead a team effectively. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Manage landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, irrigation, and tree care. Build and maintain relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and addressing their landscaping needs. Train and mentor team members in best practices for landscape maintenance and safety protocols. Oversee the installation of new landscapes, ensuring quality workmanship in every project. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of gardening techniques, irrigation systems, and groundskeeping practices. Previous experience supervising a team is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as needed. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
