As our operations expand, we are looking to bring on a dynamic and driven Production Manager to strengthen our leadership team. Position Summary The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all field operations related to landscape maintenance and construction. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is crucial in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support maintenance and construction crews on daily operations. Maintain high standards of quality control across all job sites. Develop and manage efficient crew schedules to maximize productivity. Train field personnel on safety procedures, job performance, and equipment use. Estimate labor and materials for new and ongoing projects. Oversee purchasing and inventory management for supplies and materials. Monitor and manage truck and equipment maintenance to reduce downtime. Foster a positive, accountable, and high-morale work environment. Collaborate with leadership to improve operational strategies and performance. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in landscape or construction operations management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with scheduling software and job costing tools. Understanding of horticulture, irrigation, and landscape construction is a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience, $2.00 more per hour with English/Spanish capabilities, take home company vehicle, paid time off, quarterly incentives, and opportunities for growth within an expanding company.
