General Manager Fencing, Lawn, and Landscaping Binder’s Services LLC Slidell, LA 70458 General Manager Position We are actively searching for a GM who is looking to get in on the ground level of an established company that is expanding into other services outside of Lawn Care. Our company was created and established as a lawn care company but is and has already added the services of Landscaping and Fencing. Both of these areas we have expanded into over the past 6 months and we are looking for an individual who can help lead our company into growing into all 3 areas. Currently, our crews cut grass and perform landscaping and fencing as we get it but we would like to expand and grow into having separate crews for each division. Below are the skills and criteria we are looking for in an individual: Ability to hire individuals who will help the company grow. Ability to manage people and create a good team environment. Skilled in the fencing trade first. Able to build fences and gates. Capable of using a computer and apps in which we operate our company. High Level Communicator. Able to be in the chaos of running a business and able to communicate effectively. Capable of running zero turn mowers and other machinery.
