Position:

Our Landscape Construction Team Members are specialists and craftsmen, among the best in the area, with highly skilled artistry in executing complex projects. This role is ideal for individuals who bring precision, pride, and expertise to each task, creating beautiful and enduring outdoor spaces that enhance our clients’ properties. From building patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens to completing detailed grading and irrigation installations, these team members can read construction plans and see a project through from beginning to end in a structured, step-by-step approach. Their craftsmanship brings our clients’ visions to life with lasting quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardscaping and Landscape Construction Install high-quality hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens, following precise plans and specifications. Plant and Irrigation Installation Plant trees, shrubs, and perennials according to design specifications, with attention to proper spacing, depth, and soil preparation. Install irrigation systems and connect them to existing or new water sources, ensuring an efficient and functional layout. Quality, Efficiency, and Safety Maintain a balance between high-quality craftsmanship and production speed, always prioritizing safety in the workspace. Execute projects with meticulous attention to detail, meeting both aesthetic and structural standards for durability and client satisfaction. Crew Leader Responsibilities Operate a range of equipment, including mini-excavators, skid steers, dingos, sod cutters, and compactors, to support efficient project completion. Demonstrate basic project management skills by tracking materials and time, and communicating equipment and material needs to the team daily. Team Collaboration and Project Execution Collaborate closely with team members to accomplish project goals effectively, supporting a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Follow safety guidelines rigorously, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe practices with all tools and machinery.

Qualifications:

Experience in

Landscape Construction:

Strong background in hardscaping, grading, and plant installation.

Skilled Equipment Operation:

Proficiency with construction equipment and tools, and experience operating mini-excavators, skid steers, and compactors. Commitment to

Quality and Safety:

High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work while prioritizing safety.

Structured and Team-Oriented:

Ability to follow a structured plan from start to finish and work effectively with others to achieve project goals.
