Bedfordshire Golf Course, a privately owned and meticulously maintained course in Bedford, MA, ND Landscape is seeking a skilled and reliable Golf Course Groundskeeper to join our dedicated team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values a beautifully kept landscape, and enjoys working independently in a quiet, natural setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily turf and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and bunker grooming Operate various groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles Monitor course conditions and report any concerns or needed repairs Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment Support seasonal tasks such as leaf cleanup, snow removal, and project work

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping is required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and operate light equipment

Schedule:
