Tree Supervisor Town of Holliston 63 Arch Street, Holliston, MA 01746 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team in delivering landscape maintenance and tree care services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in horticulture, landscape management, and supervisory skills. This role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring that all operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. In addition to the town tree work, the successful candidate will assist in the construction and/or maintenance and repair of the town’s roadway infrastructure, athletic fields, recreation areas, and green spaces. Duties also include the operation of maintenance equipment, including snow plows, sanders, and removal equipment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of landscaping projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Manage a team of landscape technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance. Coordinate the use of equipment such as bucket trucks and rigs for tree care and maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth. Skills Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques, including lawn care, tree care, and garden management. Experience operating bucket trucks and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders professionally.

$27.62 – $34.63 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
