Pear Tree Property Services provides high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services across the South Shore. We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Crew Leader to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our landscaping projects.

Job Description:

The Crew Leader will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of crew members, and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires not only leadership skills but also a comfort with technology, as you will be implementing and working with Service Autopilot to manage tasks and streamline operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage crews performing mulch delivery, tree trimming, planting, and other softscape projects. Implement and use Service Autopilot for task management and job scheduling Schedule and coordinate daily tasks to meet project deadlines. Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards. Train and mentor team members to maintain high service standards. Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition. Keep work areas, including trailers and equipment, clean and organized.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in landscaping or horticulture is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field. Proven leadership and team management skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to implement and use software tools like Service Autopilot. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reside locally within the South Shore area.

Work Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. During busy seasons, work may extend outside of these hours, including Saturdays.
