URGENTLY HIRING
We are looking to hire an on-site property supervisor and maintenance person(s) for our Mobile Home & RV Park in Presque Isle.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of park
- Daily inspection of premises and quarterly inspection of units
- Perform light maintenance/repairs on tenant homes
- Collect rent and mail to head office
- Keep up with rent delinquencies and attend court as needed
- Accept applications for rentals and show available units
- Maintain an organized filing system and prepare weekly reports in a timely manner
- Keep up with mowing and weed eating
Experience/Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of how to copy/scan documents and send emails
- Reliable transportation in order to run park errands and make deposits
- 1+ year maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Be self-motivated and able to perform well with minimum supervision
Compensation:
$1,500/month Free housing and in a park-owned mobile home $100 Rental Incentive for signing new leases Potential for extra income if candidate is able to fully renovate vacant homes and mow the park (must have own tools/equipment) Applicants must be over 18 and are subject to a background check.
