Landscaping Foreman Coastal Pines Landscaping LLC Wells, ME 04090 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping, with the ability to lead and supervise a team effectively. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing various landscaping projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of landscape technicians in daily operations. In field work, mowing, mulching, plowing etc. is expected. Plan and execute landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, tree care, and garden upkeep. Ensure proper irrigation practices are followed to maintain healthy plant growth. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met. Train team members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide appropriate solutions. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Knowledge of horticulture, including plant care, tree care, and garden design. Familiarity with irrigation systems and installation methods. Ability to build landscape features such as patios or retaining walls is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective client interactions. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
