If you take pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming outdoor spaces and enjoy leading by example, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day groundskeeping operations Lead and mentor a small team of groundskeepers Ensure landscaping, lawn care, leaf/snow removal, and trash pickup are done efficiently Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory Coordinate with the property management team on scheduling and priorities Perform hands-on work alongside the team as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience (2+ years preferred) Supervisory or team lead experience a plus Willingness to be flexible in job duty variation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
