Job Description
TITLE Public Area Supervisor
DESCRIPTION
The Public Area Supervisor is a working supervisor who is responsible for the daily operation of the Public Area Department and is required to assume the same cleaning duties if the general Public Areas Attendants staff requires assistance. Main objective for this position is to oversee the cleanliness, sanitation and property presentation of all Public Areas, parking facilities, back of the offices, halls and elevators by assigning tasks to Attendants and/or complete projects as needed. The candidate will also assist PAD Manager/Asst. Manager with various tasks as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a Valid Driver License or State Issued ID. Must have 1-2 years experience as custodial worker. Supervisory experience preferred.
