Summary The Landscape Production Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our field crews. This person ensures that all contractual obligations are met efficiently, safely and to the highest standard – while maintaining focus on labor and material budgets. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, hands-on management style and a passion for developing teams and delivering quality landscape projects. Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily field operations across multiple job sites. Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of crews, equipment, and materials. Monitor job progress and ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Ensure all crews understand project goals, timelines, and quality expectations. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate work performance, safety, and compliance with specifications. Collaborate with Account Managers, Estimators, and Operations teams to align resources and resolve issues. Provide leadership, training, and performance feedback to crew leaders and field staff. Track production metrics and adjust field strategies to optimize crew efficiency and profitability. Maintain strong communication with clients when needed to support field activities. Requirements 3+ years of experience in a landscape production or field management role. Strong understanding of landscape installation and maintenance practices. Proven ability to manage multiple crews across diverse job types. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to interpret landscape plans, specifications, and contracts. Proficiency with scheduling tools, time tracking, and production reporting. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
