Landscaping Crew Leader ProGreen Turf & Landscape Newport, NC 28570 We’re ProGreen , and we’re not your average landscaping company. We’re a family-first, growth-minded, work-hard-play-harder kind of crew . When we’re not transforming high-end properties into pristine landscapes, you’ll probably find us on a boat, in a deer stand, or fishing somewhere! We’re looking for several Team Leaders to join our growing team—and we’re serious about finding the right people, not just filling seats.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading a crew on residential or commercial Landscapes Operating equipment such as – Mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other Training and coaching your team to hit high-quality standards and Efficiency scores Communicating with clients and team leaders to keep jobs on point Tracking hours, reporting issues, and helping plan daily logistics Looking for ways to make the day smoother, faster, and better ✅
What You Need:
1-2 years experience in landscaping as a Crew Leader. (Your resume must be updated and reflect your experience) Driver’s license and a clean record (Required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outside in the NC Summer sun Strong communication skills and positive attitude A desire to grow with a company that’s growing fast
