Landscape/ Hardscape/ Outdoor Living Foreman Precision Outdoors LLC Louisburg, NC Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality outdoor projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction and management, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating tasks among team members, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Duties Supervise and manage landscaping crews on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Coordinate the installation of various landscape elements, including plants, hardscapes, and irrigation systems. Oversee concrete forming for pathways, patios, and other structures. Ensure proper installation of cabinets and flooring as part of landscape enhancements. Conduct construction management tasks to maintain project flow and efficiency. Perform drywall installation as needed for outdoor structures or features. Inspect construction work for quality assurance and compliance with safety regulations. Manage glass installations for outdoor features such as gazebos or greenhouses. Execute construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of landscape structures. Train new employees on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in concrete forming techniques and practices. Experience with cabinet installation and flooring installation within landscaping contexts. Strong carpentry skills with an understanding of roofing principles related to outdoor structures. Knowledge of construction management principles to effectively oversee projects from start to finish. Familiarity with drywall installation processes relevant to landscaping projects. Ability to conduct thorough construction inspections to ensure quality control. Experience with glass installation for various landscape applications. Competence in construction painting techniques to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
