This critical role holds overall responsibility for the branch’s profitability, comprehensive operational oversight, and strategic business development. Key Responsibilities:

P&L Management:

Drive branch profitability through meticulous financial planning, budget oversight, and variance analysis.

Business Development:

Develop and execute sales strategies, cultivate new client relationships, and expand our market presence.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, quality control, and safety compliance.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing operational and sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Client Relations:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of full-time business experience, with at least 2 years in a full-time business management capacity within the commercial landscape industry. Proven leadership background in the landscaping sector, with a track record of successfully managing teams and operations. Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, including revenue generation and SG&A oversight. Proven track record of sales achievement and business growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
