Your Impact & Key Tasks:
Lead, motivate, and direct your crew on diverse landscaping projects.
Get hands-on:
You’ll work alongside your team mowing, mulching, planting sod, managing irrigation, and spraying as needed. Transform and maintain stunning landscapes for our clients!
What You Bring:
1-3 years of landscaping experience, with proven ability to lead. Ready for active, outdoor work & can lift 35 lbs repeatedly. Skilled in standard landscaping tasks (mowing, mulching, sod, irrigation, etc.). Reliable, proactive, and a great team motivator. NC driver’s license required with a good driving record
