Landscape Install Supervisor Phoenix Landscape Management of Charlotte, Inc 1629 Industrial Center Circle, Charlotte, NC 28215 Phoenix Landscape Management, an industry leader for over 25 years, is looking for an Install Supervisor, with a good attitude, an excellent work ethic, and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.
Job Requirements:
Able to operate all install equipment including heavy equipment Good driving record with a 3-year history Drive large trucks, trailers, and secure loads properly Landscape enhancement knowledge, including plant replacement, mulch, drainage, etc. Lead and supervise a landscape crew using good communication skills Work well with others Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
Customer Service/Sales Involvement:
Provide exceptional customer service Encourage referrals from current customers and the purchase of additional services Materials and Equipment Duties Maintain assigned materials/equipment and maximize their useful life Monitor tool assignments and loss/damage; hold team member accountable as needed Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment according to manufacturers’ directions.
Physical Requirements:
Bending, kneeling, heavy lifting and excessive walking Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions Must be able to navigate over rough/uneven terrain Must be able to observe and inspect outdoor spaces Enjoy a 4-day work week! Normal work hours are Monday thru Thursday from 7am until 5pm or later. Friday work is sometimes required. We use E-Verify, are a drug-free workplace and a great company with good benefits.
