Mowing Lead Stephens Landscaping LLC Rutherfordton, NC 28139 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mowing Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with the ability to lead and supervise a team effectively. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality work. This role requires hands-on experience. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of workers in daily operations. Maintain the aesthetic quality of landscapes through regular lawn care and maintenance activities. Ensure proper practices are followed. Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance. Monitor project progress and report any issues or concerns to management. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition for optimal performance. Experience Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of lawn care maintenance and techniques. Previous supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members. A commitment to quality workmanship in all aspects of landscaping work.

10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekends as needed
