What You’ll Do:

As our Ops Manager, you’ll be at the helm of turning vision into reality. From managing every step of a project to building meaningful relationships, you’ll lead with authority and care. Here’s a taste of your day-to-day: Spearheading projects from the first handshake to final delivery. Leading and inspiring maintenance and installation teams. Overseeing subcontractors and managing costs with precision. Handling material logistics to keep projects moving seamlessly. Ensuring quality, efficiency, and equipment readiness. Connecting face-to-face with customers to solidify trust and satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring:

Spanish fluency—essential for leading our diverse and dynamic teams. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations related to installations. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges. A valid driver’s license. What’s in It for You?
