LANDSCAPING SUPERVISOR OVERVIEW & JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE OVERVIEW
Westridge Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company headquartered in Raleigh, NC with projects in the Carolinas and Virginia. Westridge is seeking a motivated Landscaping Supervisor to oversee the staff and communicate with clients. Westridge has a growing and energetic team and this role offers significant upward mobility and room for growth as the company scales.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily activities of landscaping crews on-site. Assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure crews stay productive. Oversee the execution of landscape construction and maintenance projects. Ensure all work aligns with design plans, quality standards, and client expectations. Perform site walk-throughs before, during, and after jobs to monitor progress and quality. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during active projects. Address concerns, communicate timelines, and ensure client satisfaction. Monitor and manage equipment use and maintenance. Quickly resolve any on-site issues, such as delays, design conflicts, or equipment failure. Adjust workflows or resources as needed to stay on schedule.
PREREQUISITES
5+ years’ experience working in landscaping role. Knowledge of field supervision and quality control Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and follow-up, and carry multiple projects through to completion.
