KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are measurable values that demonstrate how effectively a team is achieving specific objectives. KPIs are used to track performance and progress toward goals, allowing businesses to make informed decisions and adjustments. They can be financial, operational, or strategic, and are often aligned with the overall business strategy to measure success in various areas such as productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction, or profitability. The crew member must be informed of the KPI’s for which his foreman is accountable. The crew member will be responsible for supporting his foreman in meeting the results. Technical Skills Equipment Operation:

Ability to use and maintain tools and machinery like lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.

Basic Maintenance:

Knowledge of how to perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Landscaping Knowledge:

Understanding of planting, pruning, fertilizing, and general landscape care. Attention to Detail Precision in

Tasks:

Ensuring that each job is completed according to project specifications, from planting trees to trimming hedges. 4.

Teamwork Collaboration:

Ability to work well with other crew members to complete tasks efficiently. 5.
