Overview:
I’m working with a couple of well-established glass and glazing contractors in the Raleigh, NC area that are actively seeking experienced Superintendents to help lead their field operations on commercial glazing projects.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for candidates with a strong background managing field crews and installations involving: Storefront Stick/Unitized Curtain Wall ACM Panels Handrails Glass Canopies Punch Windows Other custom glazing systems
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day field operations Manage installation crews and ensure project timelines are met Communicate with project managers, GCs, and vendors on-site Enforce safety procedures and quality standards Problem-solve on the fly to keep projects on track and within scope
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in the commercial glass & glazing industry Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints Must be comfortable managing multiple crews and subcontractors on active job sites Must be able to work onsite – relocation assistance available for the right candidate Why This Role?
